Financial contributions made to the Lake Sumter Children's Advocacy Center are tax deductible.

Funding

Our Center is a 501 (c)(3) private non-profit agency. There is a Board of Directors who oversee the fiscal and programmatic aspects of the Center. The CAC receives funds from:

Federal Sources: VOCA (Victims of Crime Act), National Children's Alliance
State Sources: Department of Children and Families
County Sources: Lake County Children's Services Council, Sumter County Commissioners
Local Foundations
Fundraising: Bids for Kids annual fundraiser
Community Donations from local organizations and individuals

Planned Giving

We ask you to consider helping fund the needed programs for abused children in our community by one of the following gift giving plans:

Contribution to our Established Endowment Fund

If you would like to make a donation, we accept Visa or MC credit card gifts by telephone - (352) 323-8303 - or by fax - (352) 323-1394. Or you can write us a check made out to the "Lake Sumter Children's Advocacy Center" and mail it to 300 S. Canal St., Leesburg, FL 34748.
