Refund/Cancellation Policy

Lake Sumter Children's Advocacy Center, Inc. does not sell, trade or purchase goods or services through this Web site. The only monetary transactions that take place using this Web site are voluntary tax-deductible contributions and donations.

Please consider your voluntary contribution or donation carefully before making a credit card transaction. If you would like to help the community by contributing to the Center, we have many options that do not require monetary contribution, but are just as important and valuable. Please see our "How Can You Help?" page for more details.

If you have any questions about your donation or need to make changes to the amount that you contributed, please contact us immediately. We are available to answer your questions or hear your concerns. All cancellations, requests for refund or inquiries regarding voluntary contributions and donations will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Executive Director of the Center.

Is Credit Card Information Secure?
We care about the safety and security of your transaction. We use high grade encryption and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is the industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to intercept the credit card information you send to us. Companies we work with to process credit card transactions also use high grade encryption and security protocols. Contributions may also be made by telephone - (352) 323-8303 - or by fax - (352) 323-1394. Or you can write us a check made out to the "Lake Sumter Children's Advocacy Center" and mail it to 300 S. Canal St., Leesburg, FL 34748.

We Care About Doing It Right
In addition to maintaining privacy and security controls over information you share with us, the Lake Sumter Children's Advocacy Center works to accurately process your contribution information. During business hours, staff are available to answer questions about your financial donation by email at info@cac4kids.org or by phone at (352) 343-8303.

The Lake Sumter Children's Advocacy Center employs error checking procedures to make certain transactions are processed completely and accurately.
