Diane L. Pisczek, M.Ed., Executive Director
Diane Pisczek   Diane is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Winthrop University with a Master's Degree in Counseling. She brings to the CAC more than 25 years of experience working with families and children in crisis. She has been the Executive Director at the Center since 2001. Prior to coming here, she was the Regional Director of Catholic Charities in Wilmington, NC.

Donna Richey, Assistant Director
Donna Richey   Donna joined the CAC staff as the Assistant Director in 2009. She graduated in 1973 from Emory University Phi Beta Kappa with Honors. Has previous work experience as a Social Worker with the Department of Children and Families. She also established and administered the Guardian Ad Litem program in the Fifth Judicial Circuit and was a Director with the Lake County Boys’ Ranch. Most recently, Donna was a Legal Assistant/Office Manager of Steven J. Richey, P.A.

Andria Estrella-Roa, M.S., Child Protection Team (CPT) Coordinator
Andria Estrella-Roa   Andria is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She orginally joined the CAC staff as a Counselor / Forensive Interviewer and now serves as the CPT Team Coordinator. Andria supervises the CPT staff as well as provides direct services to clients. She works closely with our CPT Medical Director and ARNP to determine which services are appropriate for our clients.

Cynthia B. Wanberg, M.Ed., NCC, RPT-S, LMHC, Clinical Supervisor
Cynthia Wanberg   Cindy joined the CAC staff in January of 2008. She brings with her a wealth of experience in providing therapeutic services for children, adolescents and families. Her areas of specialization include Play Therapy, Bereavement and Loss, and Post Traumatic Stress. She has previous work experience as an elementary school counselor in Pennsylvania, as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Milton Hershey School in Pennsylvania and at LifeStream Behavior Center in Leesburg.

Dr. Oludapo Soremi, M.D., Medical Director
Dr. Oludapo Soremi   Dr. Soremi is a Board Certified Pediatrician and has served as the Medical Director of our CPT Program since April of 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Medicine and holds a Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
     
Karyn D. Walker, ARNP, Clinical Coordinator of Medical Services
Karyn Walker   Karyn graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with a Master of Science degree as a family nurse practitioner. She obtained a Forensic Nursing Post-Master’s certificate in 2006. She has been with the CAC since January of 2009. Karyn performs the medical exams on children when there are allegations of abuse. Karyn worked for the University of Florida Child Protection team for 4 years prior to coming to the Lake-Sumter CAC.

Edith M. D'Aquilla-Lloyd, ARNP, Clinical Coordinator of Medical Services
picture coming soon   Edith joined the CAC/CPT staff in September of 2010 as a part time ARNP. She is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the Air Force and is a Family Nurse Practioner. At our center, Edith works 2-3 days a week providing forensic medical exams to child victims of abuse and also handles some of the after hours on call.

Cathy Carter, MS, CPT Case Coordinator / Counselor
Cathy Carter   Cathy is a graduate of Florida State University with an M.S. degree in Art Therapy. She is a registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and is also working towards becoming a Registered Art Therapist. Cathy conducts Forensic Interviews and provides Art Therapy counseling services to our clients.

Lillie Vaughn, Supervised Visitation Coordinator
Lillie Vaughn   Lillie has been with the CAC since 2002 when she was hired to run the Supervised Visitation Program. She previously worked at the Children's Home Society as a Family Support Worker and at the former Lake County Boy's Ranch as the Transportation Coordinator. She has received extensive training in Child Development issues and Domestic Violence issues.

Debbie Boutilier, Office Manager
Debbie Boutilier   Debbie came to the CAC in 2001 after moving here from Massachusetts where she worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for 12 years. She brings with her an extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and helps manage the financial aspects of the numerous grants the Center receives.

Holly Sharlow, Intake Specialist
Holly Sharlow   Holly joined our staff in September of 2010. She is a graduate of Saint Leo University where she majored in Human Services. Holly has prior experiences as a Dependency Case Manager and also worked in the substand abuse field. She is responsible for gathering all the intake information from CDF workers and Law Enforcement when they call to refer a case for services.

Roberta Mingolla, Data Input
Debbie Boutilier   Roberta joined the CAC/CPT staff in July of 2010. She has extensive experience in the clerical field and is responsible for inputting data into the Florida Department of Health Database at our center. Roberta also answers the phone at the CAC/CPT and handles a multitude of other tasks to help make the center run smoothly.
