Local Statistics

Our Center has been averaging approximately 700 clients per year. From July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, children were seen in the following areas:

approximately 185 children received medical exams following allegations of abuse
more than 300 child victims received counseling sessions
over 300 children were assessed for victimization by the CAC Forensic Interviewers
over 100 children participated in supervised visitation
800 children participated in a Good Touch / Bad Touch program and other abuse prevention programs

398 age 12 and under, 156 age 13-17, 8 age 18+, 3 unknown
398 Caucasian children, 95 African American children, 62 Hispanic children, 10 children of other nationalities
