Our Programs & Services are Offered in a Safe, Child-Friendly Environment
Anyone can refer a child to our counseling program to receive services. Law Enforcement, the State Attorney's Office or the Department of Children and Families can refer a child for a Forensic Interview or medical exam. Available for PresentationsOur staff is available to make presentations on abuse prevention to schools, church groups and daycare facilities.
Multidisciplinary TeamOur Multidisciplinary Team is made up of collaborating agency representatives who work together to facilitate the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child victims of abuse. The Team consists of representatives from the State Attorney's Office, Law Enforcement, the Child Protection Team, the Department of Children and Families, and the Children's Advocacy Center. Multidisciplinary Team Staffings are held monthly to discuss cases and to ensure that the needs of the child victims are being met and that no child is "falling through the cracks." |
